Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard, London x J JS Lee | ‘A Castle in the Sky’ Animation

Now in motion! Tjoff Koong Studios created this short animation to celebrate the release of the J JS Lee and Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard London collaboration. Inspired by East Asian Mother of Pearl ornaments the artwork represents a narrative theme of ‘A castle in the sky’ through symbolised visual elements surrounding the typographic base; which as a whole is a vision of nature embracing humanity - and its history - layered with a cityscape shining above clouds.
